Meet Our Staff
Brittany Dorson
Owner/Director
I have been a resident in the town of Gillette for 28 years. I am a wife (to Mr. Phillip) and a mother of two (Dez and Mya). I am very outgoing and enjoy camping, fishing, spending time with my family, and completing home renovation work and farm work with my husband.
I opened the Toddler Town Learning Center in August of 2015. I had previously worked in childcare for three years. I absolutely LOVED working with children, so I quit my job, we renovated our home and applied for a state license. Toddler Town was born! After three wonderful years of in-home daycare, I decided to expand into a childcare center. We found a space in 2018 and were licensed! But our program continued growing! So finally, in February of 2020, Toddler Town found its new home! It’s been a beautiful and wonderful journey, and it is only just beginning!

Our purpose is to provide a safe, wholesome environment based on developmentally appropriate guidelines and solid growth and development knowledge, thereby encouraging the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth and development of each child.
Our Philosophy: Play is Learning
We believe children learn best through play. This approach recognizes that play is a child's natural mode of learning, allowing them to explore, discover, and make sense of the world around them.
